We want you to be satisfied. If you need to return your order for any reason, just make sure it's within 60 days of purchase. All we ask is that the items are not used or expired and in the original packaging and same condition you received it. Simply follow the Returns Procedure below.

Before returning items, please contact customer care by via our web form, via email at CustomerCare@EyeBenefitsContacts.com or phone at 1-855-590-3253.

Customer Care will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with an address label via email or mail.

Inside the box (no envelopes – contacts need to be protected when shipped to avoid damage), please include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), order number, address, phone number, the reason for the return if you would like a refund or exchange.

Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged, the boxed is not written on and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. Sorry, our manufacturers will not allow us to return opened boxes and vials, so we do not accept them.

Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement
